CEO, Will Carroll
Will Carroll is the Chief Executive Officer of Black Hills Lithium L.L.C., and a future alumni of South Dakota School of Mines & Technology in Rapid City, SD.
Carroll, a Georgia native, initially came to the Black Hills from his hometown of Gatesville, Texas to study Mining Engineering & Management and play collegiate football at South Dakota Mines.

Chris Counce is the Chief Financial Officer of Black Hills Lithium L.L.C, and a 2021 alumni of South Dakota School of Mines & Technology in Rapid City, SD.
Counce, a native of Scottsdale, Arizona, came to the Black Hills by way of Bridgton Preparatory Academy in Bridgton, ME to pursue his passion for engineering and exercise his football talents.
